The Rayner Institute teaches a holistic approach to executive coaching using the philosophies and other fundamental truths as the students explore the competencies of what a professional coach needs to know how to navigate the conversation. In class, we provide a safe environment for the students to explore the fundamentals of professional coaching and also get the opportunity to practice what they learn.

These are my truths from my lived experience and now being taught around the world.

Wish you the very best!

Mark's Philosophies
If you what to review my  Philosophy on the discipline and science of professional coaching.
Please click this box.

First, I would like to share the results of the research I found as it relates to the word Philosophy and the meaning as it was intended. The word Philosophy comes from the Greek ‘philo’, meaning, Love and ‘Sophia’, meaning wisdom. Therefore, going forward, as you read about the philosophies taught at the Rayner Institute, consider keeping in the back of your mind that Philosophy means “Love of Wisdom.”The Rayner Institute teaches a holistic approach to executive coaching using the philosophies and other fundamental truths as the students explore the competencies of what a professional coach needs to know how to navigate the conversation. ACC
International Instructor

Responsible for Hungarian language education
(Hungary, International  - Hungarian, English)

He got his coach certifications at Rayner Institute and LarTCo Consulting. He has BSc in economy, member of several professional and social organizations.

After more than a decade experience in leadership roles and a rising career in management positions he realized, that the potentials within him could be much better used for supporting others, then leading them. He realized, that the knowledge he accumulated during working in the governmental and private sector in the fields of IT, taxation, finance, controlling, HR, accounting and of course education makes it possible to build a self-employed career on with having the “flow” in coaching activities.
As he says, he occupies himself with road-block termination even in life or business matters. His activities are in symbiosis with one another: coaching and mentoring, business consulting, corporate trainings, self-knowledge, inspiration, communication and life quality improvement trainings are all on the palette his company offers.

Lives together with his wife and two daughters in Hungary in a rural environment, but travelling a lot to fulfill his destiny. Working on his MA in HR consultancy at the moment.

His motto is a quote from Frank Herbert: “Instead, tend to the wolf within your fences. The packs ranging outside may not even exist.”
