The program is divided into three distinct interactive areas:

Module 1 Theory (6 classes)
• Self-Actualized Coaching & Mentoring model.
• The power of a proper foundation.
• ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
• Appreciative Inquiry.
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
• Live coaching and mentoring demo's.
• Powerful questioning and effective listening.
• Learn the Subconscious Behavioral awareness model.

Module 2 Application (6 classes)
• The power of subconscious beliefs.
• Understanding where thoughts come from and the power they have.
• Illustrate the ability to apply the theory.
• Illustrate the ability to coach a fellow classmate.
• Receive active mentoring in class.

Module 3 Mastery (6 classes)
• Bring all the theory and practical understanding together.
• Listen for what is not being said.
• Help your client identify his/her subconscious beliefs.
• Coach/mentor around the identified subconscious beliefs.
• Guide your client to lasting (Transformation) change by understanding S.A.F.E.

Coaching Model
"Creation"

  • Week #11 Review the technology, cover the ICF Core Competencies and Ethics.  Inverted Self-Actualization model and theory overview.

  • Week # 12 Introduce the Self-Actualized Coaching and Mentoring model.  Understanding the inverted model starting at enough and creating from there.

  • Week # 13 Coaching through the model as it expands into creation. Understanding the power of oneness. Be Still and know who you are and understand your Authentic power to create a life of your dreams.
     
  • Week # 14 Knowing trust is essential.  How to expand on trust and move into a deeper level of coaching transcendent coaching and mentoring.

  • Week # 15  The levels of listening and mentoring. How to identify what is being said and not said. All behavior makes perfect sense giving clues to subconscious beliefs.
  • Week # 16 Review Appreciative Inquiry applying it to coaching from insights and gut feeling. The power of love and accepting in and healing the past hindering beliefs.

  • Week # 17 Personal Empowerment for effortless ease in moving towards the desires of a person's life.  Getting your hands on the controls of life and making more conscious decisions without internal resistance. 

  • Week # 18 Expand on feeling safe in the creation of desires within.  Understand self-sabotage  and internal resistance to change and achieving personal desires. 

  • Week # 19 The power of observation from a coaching and mentoring perspective. Practice the understanding of the silence between you and your client. The power of being present with your client and what that makes possible.

  • Week # 20  Summarize everything and illustrate to the class you have the ability to access the unspoken. Share your insights with the class.  Graduation celebration.

Requirements

Technology
• Computer, Laptop, Tablet or Smart Phone.
• Video camera built in or connected to the computing device.
• Access to the internet
• Headset is preferable but not mandatory.

Attendance
• Full attendance if possible.  You are allotted to miss 20% of the classes.  Any missed classes need to be reviewed by watching the classroom recordings.

Payment
• Payment is required 2 weeks prior to the class starting
• Payment plans are available with a $99.00 administration fee.
• Partial scholarships are available based on application.  Please inquire with the administration department if interested in applying.
