So, here it is.  A truly Transformational Program that prepares you to navigate your way in the world while discovering S.A.F.E.  Understanding the Truth of Who You Are and Honoring Your Calling to make a difference in the world comes into reality. The integrity of the program shows you that "You will have to fully experience the transformation before you can share transformation".

Military

It gives us great pleasure to offer a Military Program that can also include the soldier's spouse in the training.  As soldiers come home they are returning to a loving and supportive family.  But something is different, and we are here to help everyone understand that "different".  Life is about creating from this point going forward and letting go of the past. Learn to "Accept what is and create what you want". The Rayner institute is offering a life changing educational experience.  If you are someone who is wanting to share your experience with others and aid in the healing of others as they navigate into society, please consider this program. We invite you to come and stay with us awhile as you discover S.A.F.E and heal, then go into the world and teach others to do the same.

Spouse program. We are offering a spouse program that allows both partners to take the training at the same time. The insights and learning benefits both together creating a stronger relationship. When we are not "OK" others are also not "OK".  Here you will discover that when you are "OK" others are "OK" and what is,  is also "OK".

Fire and Paramedics

First responders are on the site of some horrific situations and that experience changes them in a way that only they know. Here at the Rayner institute we offer a life changing experience that has you understand S.A.F.E. so you can be of assistance for others as they share similar experiences.  This ICF accredited Life Coaching and Mentoring Program offers tools and training that teaches life saving work from a different perspective.

Your heart is to make a difference and serve others feel fire to share your life experiences as a licensed and accredited Mentor and Executive Coach. Here you will understanding that "all behavior makes perfect sense" and healing around human behavior as you guide your coachee to discover his/her hidden beliefs. Expand your healing to empower healthy individuals that are standing in their own way of personal satisfaction and success.

Doctors and Nurses

Doctors and Nurses take on life and death situations while at work. It is this constant exposure to stress and isolation that builds conflict in personal relationships. The power of the Self-Actualized Professional Executive Coach program exposes medical professionals with the tools necessary for their own life and the lives of others.  It aids in "bedside manner", helps with personal frustration and addresses internalized criticism.

I’m also a recent graduate of Mark Rayner’s Self-Actualized Coach and Mentor Training (ACC) program.Last week, I spoke with Mark about the potential of providing wounded warriors coach and mentor training.  I see great value in this idea and think it’s a great opportunity for warriors.  As veterans are most comfortable around fellow veterans, the impact of a warrior with the skills and expertise to enter a formal coaching relationship would be ideal.  Furthermore, Mark is a gifted trainer that treats his clients with great decency and respect.  The model he’s created fits very well with the needs of wounded warriors in the recovery process.

Program Objectives

Provide a solid foundation in Executive Coaching through the Self-Actualized Model.  Experience the power that "Acceptance", "Safe" and "Ok" has on a person's life.

Support students through the material in a supportive encouraging way that both challenges and rewards the student.

Spouse Option provides the military person and his or her spouse take the program at a reduced rate to encourage the training be taken together.

Challenge the students to step past their limiting beliefs to increase personal awareness.

Unique Modules

The program is divided into three distinct interactive areas:

Module 1 Theory (6 classes)
• Self-Actualized Coaching & Mentoring model.
• The power of a proper foundation.
• ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
• Appreciative Inquiry.
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
• Live coaching and mentoring demo's.
• Powerful questioning and effective listening.
• Learn the Subconscious Behavioral awareness model.

Module 2 Application (6 classes)
• The power of subconscious beliefs.
• Understanding where thoughts come from and the power they have.
• Illustrate the ability to apply the theory.
• Illustrate the ability to coach a fellow classmate.
• Receive active mentoring in class.

Module 3 Mastery (6 classes)
• Bring all the theory and practical understanding together.
• Listen for what is not being said.
• Help your client identify his/her subconscious beliefs.
• Coach/mentor around the identified subconscious beliefs.
• Guide your client to lasting (Transformation) change by understanding S.A.F.E.

Additional Insight

With the evolution of the internet the world has all the access to information it needs. It has transformed the way we communicate and get access to information. (Actually, this program is made possible because of the internet).  We realized in the design of the program that the world no longer needs more information to reduce internal suffering and fear.  It needs the right information to be experienced to stimulate positive change reducing internal pain and suffering. At the Rayner Institute you will experience real personal transformation making Self-Actualized life available to you and your relationships.

• The Certificate Program in Self-Actualized Professional Executive Coaching prepares the students to see themselves as "Enough" others as "Enough"  and Life as "Enough". 

•To make the learning experience one that individuals realize the lie that they are not enough living in some degree of internal fear and suffering.  They then go into the world and do the same for others.

• This awareness informs the attitudes, choices, actions, and ethics of a Self-Actualized Coach. Building upon the Principles and Practices of Spiritual Psychology learned through participating in the 10 week Program in Self-Actualized Coaching and Mentoring.


Requirements

Technology
• Computer, Laptop, Tablet or Smart Phone.
• Video camera built in or connected to the computing device.
• Access to the internet
• Headset is preferable but not mandatory.

Attendance
• Full attendance if possible.  Any missed classes need to be reviewed by watching the classroom recordings.

Payment
• Payment is required 2 weeks prior to the class starting
• Payment plans are available with a $119.00 administration fee.
• Partial scholarships are available based on application.  Please inquire with the administration department if interested in applying.
