Self-Actualized Coach and Mentor Training PCC

• 10 Weeks  
• 6 Hours per week
• 70 Total hrs of Training
• 10 hrs of in-class Mentoring
• 10 hrs of Self-Study
• 24 hrs of Practicum
• All classes are recorded for unlimited review
• Prerequisite 60 hours of approved professional coach training. Self-Actualized Coach and Mentor training preferable.
• Certificate Program
  • Week #1 Review the technology, cover the ICF Core Competencies and Ethics.  Inverted Self-Actualization model and theory overview.

  • Week # 2 Introduce the Self-Actualized Coaching and Mentoring model.  Understanding the inverted model starting at enough and creating from there.

  • Week # 3 Coaching through the model as it expands into creation. Understanding the power of oneness. Be Still and know who you are and understand your Authentic power to create a life of your dreams.
     
  • Week # 4 Knowing trust is essential.  How to expand on trust and move into a deeper level of coaching transcendent coaching and mentoring.

  • Week # 5  The levels of listening and mentoring. How to identify what is being said and not said. All behavior makes perfect sense giving clues to subconscious beliefs.
  • Week # 6 Review Appreciative Inquiry applying it to coaching from insights and gut feeling. The power of love and accepting in and healing the past hindering beliefs.

  • Week # 7 Personal Empowerment for effortless ease in moving towards the desires of a person's life.  Getting your hands on the controls of life and making more conscious decisions without internal resistance. 

  • Week # 8 Expand on feeling safe in the creation of desires within.  Understand self-sabotage  and internal resistance to change and achieving personal desires. 

  • Week # 9 The power of observation from a coaching and mentoring perspective. Practice the understanding of the silence between you and your client. The power of being present with your client and what that makes possible.

  • Week # 10  Summarize everything and illustrate to the class you have the ability to access the unspoken. Share your insights with the class.  Graduation celebration.

Requirements

Technology
• Computer, Laptop, Tablet or Smart Phone.
• Video camera built in or connected to the computing device.
• Access to the internet
• Headset is preferable but not mandatory.

Attendance
• Full attendance if possible.  You are allotted to miss 20% of the classes.  Any missed classes need to be reviewed by watching the classroom recordings.

Payment
• Payment is required 2 weeks prior to the class starting
• Payment plans are available
