Welcome to the Student Locker Room.
Purpose of the Locker Room is for the put the thoughts, feelings and limiting behaviour in their locker for the duration of the class.  Once class is over you may clean out your locker and keep what you want and throw away what no longer serves you. This site is not guaranteed to be totally private.  It is all password protected but we cannot control if the information gets shared with others outside the classroom.

Hello Everyone,

Last week, I made a list of things to put in my locker. Here they are in no particular order. If you'd like to see the pdf version with fancy fonts, please let me know and I'll email you the pdf.
Resentment, Negativity, Shame, Lies, Frustration, Doubt, Imposter, Impatience, Fear, Submissiveness, Debt, Tears of Anger, Perfectionism, Scarcity, Too Serious, Incompetence, Avoiding, Distrust, Unworthiness, 50 Extra Pounds, Jealousy, Judginess, Immaturity, Stress.
I'm no longer interested in carrying these things around with me so I'm sending them on an extended vacation to my locker. :)

Today there is just one thing that I know that I need to put here and that is stress/anxiety over the future.

Hi everyone. As you know we are trying the locker room to see the benefits it may have.  As you know your facilitators and the students will be able to see what you post here.  There is also possibility it gets shared outside the room.
